FROM GREENVILLE TAKE US 221 SOUTH. GO 6.0 MILE SOUTH OF I-10 (.1 MILES
SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 360) TO PAVED ROAD. TURN WEST, GO .8 MILES. TURN
SOUTH, GO 3.2 MILES (PAVEMENT ENDS AFTER 2.2 MILES). CHURCH AND CEMETERY
ARE A SHORT DISTANCE SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE
ROAD.
THIS CHURCH WAS ONCE KNOWN AS THE "WILDCAT CHURCH." ONE HUMOROUS STORY
RELATED TO THIS WRITER WAS THAT AT THE TURN OF THE CENTURY THE CHURCH
BUILDING (NOW REPLACED) HAD WOODEN FLOORS WITH CRACKS BETWEEN THE
BOARDS....
